I go to a gym that is halfway between my house and my work. The best part of the gym for me is that it is a sanctuary for me and a place that offers both exercise and therapy.

Great news. My guess would be that those with diabetes place an emphasis on certain body functions that are often neglected by those without diabetes. By placing yourself in the “world” i.e using the tools and technologies that someone with diabetes would use, you no longer neglect those important body functions.

I’ve just started a journal that keeps track of my exercise progress, my daily water intake and my meal plans for the week. Hopefully this will aid in keeping me on the right track in my health and my finances.

I’ve tried it and it is an acquired taste. The bread is very hearty and grainy and the best way to eat it is to put some kind of spread on it to add some flavor to it.
