Has anyone ever heard of Methi seeds? I read about them online recently. Apparently, they are good for regulating the absorption of sugars. They also lower bad cholesterol! You don’t have to eat them. You soak them in a glass of water while you sleep over night, then drink the water the next morning. Pretty simple! I’m going to try them out soon.
