The new year is always a good time to think about our goals and habits we want to put in place. I would like to share some of mine I would like to maintain the rest of the year. Share some of yours below!
1. Workout at the gym three times a week.
2. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables at every meal (cut out the processed and fast food altogether, with one cheat day a week).
3. Read 1 book a month.
